Microgreens Grow Kit

The Radical Greens Queensland Microgreens Grow Kit includes two Curly’s Ag trays (1 holed and 1 drip tray), two varieties of Eden microgreens seeds, 10 litres of premium soil medium, plus an 11-page e-book with step by step instructions, a 5 minute how-to video, and ongoing email and phone support that will ensure you get (and stay!) growing microgreens.

You’ll also be invited to the Grow Club, our WhatsApp group of Microgreens growers from around the world. Here, we share microgreens growing tips and tricks, our favorite microgreens recipes, and wellness motivation.

Kit Contents Specifications:

• 2 Curley’s Ag Trays
One with holes (where you’ll sprout) and one drip tray without holes (where you’ll give your sprouts water).
– Curley’s trays are made in Australia from food grade recycled plastic.
– Tray outer dimensions: 58.8 x 31.2 x 3.7 cm
– Tray inner dimensions: 55.7 x 27.8 x 3.0 cm

• 2 varieties of Eden microgreens seeds (choose your own—subject to availability).

Pea (100 g)
Pea Microgreen tendrils have a similar flavor profile to full-grown peas, but even softer and sweeter. Their crunch adds a unique texture, and they are packed with nutrients! We love to add pea microgreens to sandwiches and salads or use them as a fresh garnish for soup.

Fenugreek (32 g)
Fenugreek microgreens bring a unique flavor profile to the table, described as a blend of freshness, grassiness, spiciness, and a hint of mustard with curry undertones. These versatile greens can elevate salads, curries, and vegetable dishes with their distinct, slightly bitter finish.

Broccoli (25 g)
Broccoli microgreens are like the little sister of mature broccoli! They have the same fresh flavors of full-grown broccoli, but with less bitterness. Customers say they’re the perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and nutty. Because of their well-rounded flavor profile, they pair equally well with sweet and savory dishes.

Radish (80 g)
Radish microgreens are a culinary treat! They have a spicy, peppery flavor that adds instant interest to any dish. They’re also visually beautiful, which makes them a fan favorite microgreen for chefs and fine dining restaurants. Our favorite way to use them is in sushi!

Sunflower (45 g)
Sunflower microgreens are crunchy and vibrant! They taste like a nutty sunflower seed, but with a lemony and bright finish. They add texture and crunch to any dish, but they’re our favorite microgreen to use as a nutrient-rich salad base.
